Description

Martin & Bonnett, P.L.L.C., is seeking an experienced associate with litigation experience to join our busy practice. We are a small but dynamic law firm with a national presence representing employees and retirees in class-action litigation across the U.S. with a focus on labor, employment, and ERISA litigation. A successful candidate will have demonstrated strong interest in working on behalf of employees and retirees, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent writing ability. Our candidate should have experience in drafting pleadings, briefs, responding to and drafting discovery, and conducting or defending depositions. Experience in one of our practice areas is preferred.

Applicants should have strong academic credentials and references. The attorney must either be a member of the Arizona State Bar or is willing to quickly become one.
