The Rocks, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server/Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$18 per hour plus tips.

Schedule

Morning or afternoon shifts available, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describe specials of the day to guests, answer questions regarding menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
• Maintain organized workstation and side work duties
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system
• Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques
• Practice tray service for all food and beverage service
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrates good energy and motivation
• Regular and reliable attendance
