What You'll Do:
- Bring Recipes to Life: Follow recipes and product directions to prepare a wide variety of delicious food items for our restaurant and banquet operations.
- Maintain Culinary Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients and adhering to strict food handling procedures.
- Master Your Craft: Utilize a variety of kitchen tools and equipment to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, slice, assemble, and knead food products. Become a true kitchen artisan!
- Champion Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checking of products.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with receiving and inventorying food and beverage products and supplies.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep your workstation and equipment clean and sanitized to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Some kitchen experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated individuals.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- A food handler's permit (or the ability to obtain one).

Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen, which may include working near hot ovens, moving mechanical parts, and occasionally in cooler or outdoor environments.
